You have questions.

We have answers.

Everything you need to know before you buy - what's in the report, how it works, and what happens after it lands.

Checking X-Rays

What exactly do I get?

A written report you can read in your browser, print, or save as a PDF. Not a slide deck, not a checklist.

It covers five areas: your website and user experience, SEO and local search, your social presence, branding and messaging, and your competitive landscape. Each one gets a score, specific findings, and ranked recommendations you can act on.

Then it goes further. The final section is a marketing framework built for your business: which channels to commit to and which to let go, what to post about, how often, and a sequenced list of where to start in your first 30 days. The goal is that you finish reading it knowing exactly what's broken, what's working, and what to do first. Not someday. Next week.

How long does it take?

Your report is delivered within 2-3 business days of your intake form submission. No check-ins, no status updates. It just shows up in your inbox.

Do you look at my analytics or ad accounts?

No. The Orygin Report is built entirely from what's publicly visible about your business, plus what you tell us in the intake form. That's deliberate. It means we can start the moment you submit, with nothing to install and no accounts to connect. It also means everything in the report is something a prospective customer could see too, which is usually the more useful lens.

What it won't cover is what happens inside your accounts: how visitors actually move through your site, what your ads cost and returned, how your email list is performing. If those are your biggest questions, say so before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit.

Do you need access to my accounts?

No. Nothing beyond your website URL and social handles, both of which you'll give us in the intake form. No logins to share, no permissions to grant, nothing to set up.

Is this a pitch for ongoing work?

No. The report is a one-time deliverable. We're not building toward a retainer or angling for an agency relationship. You get the report, you own it, and you decide what to do with it. If questions come up after you've read it, we're reachable by email and happy to help.

How is this different from hiring a consultant or agency?

Most consultants start by selling you a plan. Most agencies start by pitching a retainer. Neither typically begins with an honest audit of what you already have. The Orygin Report is just the audit. Independent, one-time, and written to be useful whether you act on it yourself, hand it to someone on your team, or use it to make a smarter decision about who to hire next.

Who is this for?

Established business owners who have been doing marketing for a while and aren't sure what's actually working. Trades, home services, regional retail, professional services. Businesses that run on real revenue and real relationships. If you're a startup or have a full in-house marketing team, this probably isn't for you. If you're somewhere in the middle and want a straight answer, it is.
