Who we are

Orygin is a marketing audit consultancy based in Portland, Oregon. We provide marketing audits and reports for small and mid-sized business owners. Our website is oryginco.com.

What information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you purchase an audit or fill out our intake form, we collect information you provide — including your name, email address, business name, website URL, and social media handles.

Platform access data

For the Full Orygin Report, clients grant Orygin read-only access to marketing platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and email service providers. This access is granted through each platform's own permission system. We use this data solely to produce your audit report.

Payment information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our systems.

Website usage data

We may collect standard website analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs through tools like Google Analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver the marketing audit or report you purchased
Communicate with you about your order and report
Respond to questions and support requests
Improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Meta platform data

In connection with our use of the Meta Marketing API, we may access advertising performance data from Meta Business Manager accounts where clients have granted us partner access. This data is used exclusively to produce the client's audit report. We do not retain Meta platform data beyond the delivery of the report. We do not use Meta platform data to serve advertising or build audience profiles.

Data retention

We retain client information for as long as necessary to deliver and support your report. Platform access (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) is read-only and can be revoked by the client at any time through each platform's own settings. We send revocation instructions to all clients following report delivery.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at matt@oryginco.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our website may use cookies for basic analytics and functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
