Overview

These terms govern your use of Orygin's marketing audit services. By purchasing a report or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orygin is operated by Matt Berry, sole proprietor, based in Portland, Oregon.

Services

Orygin provides two marketing audit products:

The Public Audit ($997) — A marketing audit conducted using publicly available data. No account access is required.

The Full Orygin Report ($1,500) — A comprehensive marketing audit that includes publicly available data plus analysis of client-granted account data (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and/or email platform).

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

Delivery

Public Audit: Delivered within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

Full Orygin Report: Delivered within 3 business days of confirmed account access. The delivery clock starts when minimum access is received, not when payment is made.

Reports are delivered via email as a PDF document.

Account access

For the Full Orygin Report, clients are asked to grant Orygin read-only access to specified marketing platforms. This access:

Is granted through each platform's own permission system
Is read-only — Orygin cannot make changes, run ads, edit settings, or access billing information
Can be revoked by the client at any time
Will be confirmed revoked following report delivery with step-by-step instructions provided

Orygin will not access client accounts for any purpose other than producing the purchased report.

Refunds

Because our work begins immediately upon payment (and in some cases, upon access confirmation), we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have concerns about your report, contact us at matt@oryginco.com and we will work to make it right.

What we deliver

Our reports provide analysis and recommendations based on data available at the time of the audit. Marketing conditions change. Orygin does not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, advertising results, or revenue changes as a result of report recommendations.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data and report findings as confidential. We do not share, sell, or publish client business data or audit results. Reports are produced for the purchasing client only.

Intellectual property

The Orygin report delivered to you is for your use. The methodology, scoring framework, and report format are proprietary to Orygin and may not be resold or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Orygin's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or recommendations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
